All your favorite yoga instructors were new to you one time, right? Please come and be guided by veteran instructor, Artis Smith this week at 8am Tuesday and Friday mornings. NO, PHILIP'S BIG SHOES ARE NOT BEING FILLED, he's just on a break or sabbatical or whatever you wanna call it.
Artis Smith, RYT 200, started his yoga journey in 2013 when he took his first class in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Shortly after, he completed his 200-hour teacher training, and with a calm presence and grounding energy began instructing yoga in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Atlanta and his hometown of Augusta, GA. Now a California transplant, Artis teaches Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Beginner Yoga and Yogic Philosophy and Meditation in alignment with the eight limbs of yoga and devotion to traditional practice. His classes are structured, accessible, and designed to help students return to themselves through breath-led awareness and mindful movement.
