Photos from Saturday 30 miles and 60 obstacles!

Today I competed my first . 30 miles ( ) It took me 7 hours 1 minute and 51 seconds. I took 3rd in my age group (30-35)! Let me tell you if you put you mind to things and stay consistent , listen to your body , and put in the work , your body can do amazing things . Not only was it my fist with 60 obstacles . It was my first time running over 15 miles . I would lie if I didn’t say I cried after 🥹. Idk if it was from the cramps, or happiness .

Finally got my 10K session serviced patch! What can I say I love what I do! For the past 10 years I’ve been helping others with fitness . Losing that weight , building that muscle , getting rid of that nagging pain you’ve had for years. I’m thankful for the mentors (that didn’t know you were a mentor ) over the years! Can’t wait to service another 10K and another and another!

Finally hit that podium! 4th place was sitting sour in my mouth! Changed my diet this pass month and put in a little extra work in the workouts. Some weighted vest training . And it payed off ! Now to get ready for
