Congrats to all the kids on their hard work. Remember when it comes to school ball the school you attend often plays a role in the team you play on. Lets stop making kids believe its Varsity or bust as 7-8-9 graders.

A huge congratulations to our West Seneca Girls Basketball team on capturing the ECIC Division 1 Championship with an outstanding 11-1 league record!

This is an incredible accomplishment and marks the first ECIC title for the Girls Basketball program since 2000 — a moment 25 years in the making!

But this team is not done yet… 👀🔥

With playoffs beginning next week, West Seneca will enter postseason play as the #1 seed in Section VI Class AAA!

Congratulations to our players and coaches on an unforgettable season so far — and best of luck as the postseason begins!

Come out for a night of fun

Friday night the 14u girls had a rough go in some local scrimmages. Saturday we set sail for Utica to play in one of our favorite winter domes Accelerate sports hosted by bryan ingalls BBI Development. It never disappoints. Sunday we played 4 games in a row. A lot of successes on the rubber all 4 of our pitcher picked up a win while Maggie Mattison dominated the day with 8ip and 23ks on 2hits and 4 BBs. At the plate Lilly B and our sole newcomer Kensy Malicki went off both going went 4 for 8 with 2 doubles 2 rbi and 2 walks each
Gabby Koszelak killed it at the plate and behind the plate throwing out 3 runners and picking off 2 and going 6 for 11 with 5 RBIs and 3 doubles
Sunday the girls rolled in as a 1 seed. The first game started with some struggles on the rubber but the girls bats were on fire and they poured it on at the dish while getting the pitching figured out winning 14-6. We rolled into the championship game turning a DP in the 1st inning on a great play by morgan jaremka, adri korzkowski took the first pitch over the RF fence for an immediate 1-0 lead, after a quick 1-2-3 inning by Mattison Lily G scorched a bomb to lead off the 2nd for a 2-0 lead. We rolled to an 8-0 win in 5 innings. Stellar defense and great offense along with superb pitching sealed the deal. Victor tourney in 3 weeks. We will work to fine tune somethings in the next few weeks. Champs to end 2025!
