Shake It Up Thursday 🥤🔥

Lean & Creamy Vanilla Fat-Loss Shake.

If you’re cutting but still training hard, this is the move.

Simple. High protein. No fluff.

Here’s what goes in 👇

• 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
• ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
• ½ cup ice
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• Optional stevia if you like it sweeter

Blend 20–30 seconds. Done.
Add extra ice if you want it thick.

You’re looking at:
