*Pool prep Volunteers:

We need more for more able-bodied volunteers to help with pool opening preparations on Sunday, April 26th starting at 9:00 AM. Tasks will include removing the pool cover and unpacking pool furniture.

Volunteers should be comfortable lifting heavier items (approximately 15–25 lbs).

This is a great opportunity to earn your mandatory volunteer hours while helping get the club ready for the season!

Summer fun at the club is just around the corner, and we need your help to get everything ready for the season!

Spring cleanup is one of our busiest (and most important!) times of the year. A 4-hour volunteer commitment is recommended and makes a big difference in preparing our beautiful club for opening day.

The Summer season will be here soon! Hickory Hill Pool & Tennis Club – 2026 Season Invoicing Update

To get us prepared for the 2026 season we want you to be prepared for upcoming dues and updates. As a reminder, all memberships include a requirement of four (4) volunteer work hours each year to help maintain our club grounds and facilities. We understand that scheduled workdays may not fit every family’s availability, so members have the option to pay a fee in lieu of completing those hours.

What’s Changing for the 2026 Season

Beginning with the 2026 membership season, the work hour fee related to the 2025 season will be included directly on your annual membership invoice.

This update allows us to:

Reduce the number of invoices members receive (from two invoices down to one)
Improve bookkeeping efficiency and reduce manual processing
Simplify work hour tracking and recordkeeping
Better forecast remaining work needs and plan for contracted services when necessary
What You’ll See on Your 2026 Invoice

Work hours will appear on every membership invoice.

If you completed your 2025 work hours, your invoice will include a credit labeled:
“Price reflects a volunteer discount: $250 OFF.”
If you did not complete your 2025 work hours, the work hour fee will be included in your total membership dues as a separate line item.
If you believe you completed your work hours but do not see the credit, please email [email protected] the date and project you volunteered for so we can review and update your account.

Paying Your Invoice

When you receive your membership invoice and click “Pay Now,” you will see all charges and credits applied to your account.

Members who completed their hours will see the volunteer discount applied to their membership.
Members who did not complete their hours will see the full 2026 membership total of $1,100, plus a Skip Work Day Payment of $250.
Payment methods remain the same and include PayPal, Venmo, and debit/credit card. Payment plans (other than annual) are available through PayPal Pay Later. Please review the following link for details:

With the nice weather expected this weekend we are asking for as many volunteers for fall clean up this Saturday 10/4/25 9am-2:30PM. We will be working on raking leaves and branches and bring them to the road for removal, tennis court work, water shut down and winterize showers & Restrooms.
