HYROX Toronto. Train716 showed up. 🦬

Proud of this crew for taking everything they’ve built in here to the floor last weekend 👏

🏃 Kayla raced the doubles division with her friend and crushed it
🏃 Nick came back and threw down a 1:23 — a big PR from last year
🏃 And I got on the start line myself

First race or fifth, everyone out there started right where you are now. Proud of this team. More of us on that floor next time. 💪

What if the thing holding you back isn't laziness, it's not knowing what actually works?

You've got 20 minutes, not 2 hours. You need a coach who gets that and builds a plan around your real life, not fantasy you.

80 members. 12+ classes in July.

This isn’t about motivation. Motivation comes and goes. This is about discipline, prioritizing your health, and showing up even when you don’t feel like it.

A massive shoutout to our July milestone earners:
🏆 Ann Marie B. — 500 Club
🏆 Tom O. — 500 Club
🏆 Liz P. — 500 Club
🏆 Leah S. — 250 Club
🏆 Jackie T. — 100 Club
🏆 Bri W. — 100 Club
🏆 Lynn H. — 100 Club
🏆 Isabella R. — 100 Club

Summer is the easiest time to make excuses. These 80 people decided their health doesn’t take the summer off. That’s what this community is built on.
Consistency wins. Every single time.

We made the Top 5 for Best of 716.
That happened because of this room. Every early alarm, every Saturday partner workout, every person who walked in nervous and stayed anyway. Now we’re asking for one small thing back.

You can vote once every day, and that’s what wins this thing. Not one big push, just showing up daily. Sound familiar?

Two ways, both take ten seconds:
Text 183 to (716) 513-2895
Or use the link in our bio

Set a reminder, make it part of the routine, and vote every day until it closes. Buffalo News readers decide this one. Thank you!

June’s Committed Club. 84 of you showed up 12 or more times this month, and that’s the whole thing right there. Not the hardest single session or the flashiest PR. Just showing up, again and again, until it’s who you are.

Three big milestones to call out: Alan and Michelle both crossed 500 lifetime check-ins, and Jill hit 100. Five hundred. One hundred. Earned one session at a time.

If your name’s on here, we see you. If it’s not yet, that’s what next month is for.
