This is a 5 week series taught consecutively, where each class builds upon the exercises learned in the previous class. Learn the foundational movements of Pilates. Hands on assists will be given as needed, paying special attention to individual form for safety. This series helps you smoothly transition into our Reformer Flow & Reformer Sculpt classes.

Please be aware that Pilates on the reformer can be physically demanding. It’s important to take into consideration any pre-existing injuries, health conditions, or other physical limitations before sign up. Contact the studio with any questions regarding eligibility and consult your healthcare provider before starting a new exercise program. *Please note, for safety reasons, the instructor may recommend private sessions instead of class if the movements and exercises are not suitable for the individual.

Two amazing series led by Western NY Postpartum Doula • Perinatal Yoga are coming up for you & your babe 🤍 Prenatal Yoga is designed to build and maintain a strong and healthy body for pregnancy and beyond. Postnatal Yoga - Mommy & Me is a new class specially designed for moms with little ones who are not yet on the move. Movements and exercises for mom require that babies are NOT YET crawling, scooting, or walking independently.
