One popular exercise at Symmetry Pilates: Leg Circles. Leg Circles may look easy, but they’re all about control.

While keeping your core steady on the reformer, one leg moves in smooth circles without letting the hips rock side to side. This exercise helps improve hip mobility, stability, and lower core strength.

Small, controlled movement is where the magic happens.
