Happy Friday! Got a lot to do but squeezed in an arm quickie. The Powertec machine makes it so easy to just load up and go for it.

Hoping by this winter to get the guns back up to their previous best which was about 20 years ago and 3" bigger. Just gotta stay consistent!

This is the first time this gym will be this complete. It just keeps getting better.

New addition being added this weekend will be the landmine and grip for barbell T-Bar rows. Very excited about that! One of my all time fave back exercises.
