This time of the year is beautiful.

calcagno Equestrian Center has a rare opportunity for several horses. There are 2 stalls with large attached mud free runs available. Full care only, daily turnout, daily stall cleaning. We feed premium Orchard Grass hay during winter months and supplemenying 25% of hay intake with w**d free grass mixture hay during summer months. Grain and supplements provided by owner, we feed twice a day. Horses are fed hay 3 times daily. Large all weather outdoor arena, and 72x 140 foot indoor arena. Hot/cold wash rack, secured tack room, viewing room, and bathroom with washer/dryer. It’s a beautiful facility with the welfare of horses being first priority.

Can accomodate a horse that can be turned out in small group turnout, under 1250 pounds, with little to no stall vices. This is a quiet, friendly, good energy facility, and that is how it will stay. No drama, and no high maintenance owners. What I offer is absolutely wonderful, however, I will not go above and beyond at my expense to try to meet a difficult owners needs. The reality is, my time is valuable and if you want a posh full service barn, then this is not going to be a good fit for you. If you want a nice facility that cares about the horses in a low key friendly environment, then this place may just be right for you. Message for more information.

A rare opening for a double stall (18x12) with large attached mud free paddock. Barn amenities include nice 74 x 120 indoor arena, 80 x 200 all weather outdoor arena, locked tack room, viewing room, hot/cold wash rack, daily turnout, daily stall cleaning. High quality Eastern Orchard hay fed 3x daily, owner supplied grain/supplements fed 2x daily. Good energy and atmosphere. Barn is only 4 miles from McIver Park for quick and easy haul out to trails. Full care board is $775.

Horse must be average size, (sorry cannot accommodate draft or horses that weigh 1300 pounds plus). Must be able to be turned out with others. No drama barn, so if drama is your thing, then keep on looking. My boarders are long term boarders and they enjoy the easy going atmosphere where they can truly enjoy the company of their horse. Arenas are compatable with western/English riding, and jumping. No speed events such as gaming, roping, or reining. Stall will be available March 1st.

This figure is not taking into account property taxes and insurance, so actually it’s on the low side. It cost so much to provide care and a place for horses, yet many horse owners expect barn owners to operate at a loss. This is why horse facilities are disappearing.

The hens are in full production mode. Get fresh eggs from happy free range hens right here at the barn. Any eggs available will be in the fridge with a jar for money on the table next to fridge. Just $4 a dozen. Thank you.
