The Mud Turtles were a professional baseball team that played in the Mount Rainier Professional Baseball Lg. for 9 games before the league disbanded.
The Oregon City Mud Turtles were an independent professional baseball team in the MRPBL. The Mud Turtles were scheduled to play a 68 game schedule in the six team league, with four teams in Washington and one in Montana. The season only lasted 9 games. The Mud Turtles played their home games at Clackamas Community College, with opening day on May 21st as they hosted the Grays Harbor Gulls.

Found these as I was cleaning up...cards from the first Mud Turtle victory. Winning pitcher, Ben Runyon, Save Nick Renault. Greatest team ever assembled? You guys were a special bunch...very unfortunate we didn't get to show it.

Game tonight has been rescheduled as part of a double header tomorrow. Game one first pitch @ 2:00. Game 2 will start approximately @ 5:00.
Great game last night, but the Turtles couldn't get any runs across the plate as they drop the finale 4-0 to Skagit Valley Lumberjacks.
Oregon City welcomes Moses Lake today. First pitch 5:00. Scott Moviel on the mound for the Mud Turtles.
In case you missed it, the Mud Turtles pull out a win last night with a walk off sac fly from Shaun Cooper. Turtles win, 3-2 to run their record to 4-2.
