just was wanting to let people know that unfortunately the timing for the menopause 101 class that was scheduled this coming weekend on 5/18/24 will be postponed till the fall time, when it seems like better timing.
for those that are interested would late September/ early October be a good time frame?

Hello all!

This is announcement for an up and coming class to help women with navigating the transition into menopause.

NO matter where you are at in your life, every women will go through perimenopause into menopause. There is a lot of information and misinformation, media attention and noise about this right now. While it is great that the conversations about menopause and the experiences that women have with this is happening, there are still a lot of questions and information that needs to be simplified and filtered through.

Therefore, presenting a menopause 101 class. The purpose of this class is to make it simpler to understand, to educate, to empower, and to show how each woman can navigate this transition and to do it as well as possible. Menopause is NOT a "one size fits all” experience, it is different for each and every woman. So, let’s get together and figure out what we can all do to transition as well as we can, to support each other and create a community that empowers each other.

The details:
It will be limited to either a minimum of 5 and a cap of 15 people max.
The first to sign up will get the opportunity to come.
I will need to have a final count for the class on Friday, May 10th. However, please reach out even if it’s past that date because it still could be possible to attend.

The cost:
$30.00 cash or check only please and due at the time of the class.
(Not taking any credit or debit cards.)

If you can not make it, please inform Madison 24 hours prior to the event.

I find it alarming and disturbing when I hear multiple stories from friends, family and clients that go to their Dr. for some kind of health concern and their Dr. tells them that changing their food will do nothing to help their problem.🤔
Let’s just chalk it up to their lack of nutrition education in medical school because all their time is taken up by studying pharmacology. Look how JJ ripped off 17+ lbs of fat while exercising very minimally due to an injured foot.

“ I can’t recommend Justin La Pointe or this program enough. I’ve been sidelined from exercise for a little over a year now due to a severe foot injury. You can kick butt like Sue did. I just received a great message from my friend/client Sue Hinrichs who went through my F.A.T. Method Program 8 months ago.

From Sue:
“Just wanted to check in and say I am maintaining my 122 # (down 16 #) and have lost a total of 31.25" measuring upper arms, chest, waist, hips, thighs and knees 👍
The picture above is of me getting my workout in yesterday, by shoveling 9" snow off of our walkways, and driving apron 😂🥶❄️”

😳ok 3 things stood out to me from Sue’s message.
1. The amount of inches lost is incredible especially on her tiny 5’2” frame.
2. She’s maintained the 16 lbs of fat loss for 8 months now.
3. She’s almost 65 and shoveled that snow like a boss!!!😊
