# THE FUN SPOT IS BACK — BUT THIS TIME, BRING A PADDLE!
If you grew up around Oregon or Toledo, you probably remember **The Fun Spot** — the music, the skates, the friends, the weekends, and probably a few memories better left there.
Well, the name is coming back — **with a paddle instead of skates.**
We’re launching **Fun Spot Pickleball at Skyway**, keeping it simple, affordable, and honest.
# # # 🎾 MEMBERSHIP: $100 FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR
Yes, **YEAR. Not month.** We’re not trying to finance a yacht with your pickleball membership.
# # # 🎾 MEMBER COURTS: $20 PER HOUR
That’s **$20 for the entire court**, not per player. Four members = **$5 each for an hour of indoor pickleball.** All four players must be members to receive the member rate.
# # # 🎾 NON-MEMBERS: $35 PER COURT/HOUR
No membership required. Four players = **$8.75 each per hour.**
# # # ⏰ INITIAL HOURS
**MONDAY–THURSDAY: 7 AM–3 PM**
**FRIDAY: 7 AM–7 PM**
**SATURDAY: ALL DAY (except major events)**
We’re not promising nights and full-day access right away because Skyway already hosts other activities and, simply put, **we have to keep the lights on.**
**IF THE MEMBERSHIP IS THERE, WE’LL GROW THE HOURS.**
More demand means more court time — potentially extending weekday hours and expanding availability over time.
**MORE MEMBERS = MORE HOURS = MORE PICKLEBALL.**
# # # ☀️ SUMMER WILL BE A DIFFERENT STORY
During the summer months, we expect the schedule to be **much more wide open**, giving us the ability to offer significantly more court time.
And yes — **you’ll be playing indoors in air conditioning.**
When it’s hot and miserable outside, Fun Spot Pickleball can be the place to get your games in without melting on the court.

And this is where the $100-a-year membership starts getting even better.
Fun Spot Pickleball members will also be able to play in our **Friday night Open Volleyball for just $2** — a **$5 savings every time you play.**
And get this...
**We stay open until you get tired.**
Latest check-in is **10 PM**, but if you're already playing and want to keep going until **2 AM**, we got you.
Pickleball membership. Discounted Friday night volleyball. And no getting kicked out just because the clock says it's bedtime.

We’ll have **food for purchase and beverages for all ages during Pickleball hours.**
Stop in for lunch. Grab a drink. Hang out. Watch people play. Meet a friend.
You don’t need a membership or a paddle to enjoy the place.
We want Fun Spot to be somewhere people can **play, eat, drink, socialize and simply hang out.**

We’re not giving away all the details yet, but there may be ways to make your pickleball dollars go even further.
