Pushing where I was before, I stopped working out consistently for the past month and a half and it only took me a couple of weeks to get back to where I was before 275x5@8

I had to do 40 push ups this morning because I didn’t go to bed on time

It’s been a bit since I’ve posted, I’ve still been trying to find balance between my new job and working out. The cut is going good. I’m going to reassess my goals today and make them SMART so I can have a plan going forward.

225 x 8 from my leg day

Recently my squat hasn’t been moving like I’d like it to but there’s always next week. The cut hasn’t been as hard as I thought it would be, for the most part I’m reaching my daily macro goals. We’ll see where the next couple of weeks takes me

This was the workout today, I’ve started my cut and in doing so I’ve redone my programming and incorporated some HIIT while still maintaining weight training, though different. DM if you’re interested in the program!

One of my favorite back workouts: bent over barbell row. I’ve heard a lot of people say that it can be injurious to your lower back because of how bent over you are. If your lower back muscles are strong enough, then it’s not even a concern. Same thing with deadlift, your obliques are being used to hold/lift some of the weight.

Cable flys are one of my favorite workouts. It always gives me a nice chest pump. Had a great workout with , looking forward to more.

Yesterday I was able to squat 295, more than I have ever done in my life. Training with has been such a great experience and I can’t wait to see where it’ll take me.
