Journey Yoga is for all body types.

Focusing more on mindful and restorative types of yoga, our goal is to support you on your current journey using yoga, meditation and more to relieve stress, decrease anxiety, and help you feel at home in your body.

Journey Yoga is yoga for everyone. Seriously.

I created Journey Yoga for two reasons:

First, because I know how transformative yoga can be. I'm not just talking about poses (though those can be a part of it), I'm talking about what yoga means: union. Union of mind, body, and spirit. It's more than what we see in the media. So much more.

Second, because there are very few tools we have access to that directly support our Journeys. Yoga and meditation have a direct impact on our ability to find balance, peace, and courage as we face life's challenges.

At Journey Yoga we focus on Yin, Restorative, and Peak-Pose practices, as well as meditation, mindfulness, and energy work.

If you're having a bad day, come do Journey Yoga.
