This mornings photo shoot had me in a reflective mood...
Why do I make all the effort to stay in shape?
Why is this(working out) important to me?
Part A of my 2 part answer was, well, I'm going to spend money on surgeries, prescription, and doctor bills or I'm going to spend it on a gym membership. Gym membership seemed like the happier route.
Part B requires a little onion layer peeling...
I do this for my kids.
I do this for my my body.
I do this for my mind.
And as I age I hope to have the mobility in my older ages. Keep up with my teens in the coming years. And maintain strength internally and externally for life!
What is your BIG WHY?
