Hey! Just wanted to introduce myself!

This is me, my wife and my son at my white coat ceremony.

My path has taken me from competing as a D1 athlete, to working as a strength and conditioning Coach and youth exercise specialist, to becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and most importantly a dad.

Across all of those roles, I kept seeing the same need: young athletes and their parents need better support.

Not more pressure. Not more random advice. Just clearer guidance around training, injury prevention, recovery, and long-term development.
