Come join us for a demo run with Asics!!! Saturday 7am, meeting at the store!!

ASICS demo run this Saturday at 7am!! Come for a fun group run and also test out the popular Dynaflyte or Pursue shoes. ALL paces are welcome to join us, any distance can be run. Meeting at the store, come early to grab demo shoes!

Join us this Saturday for a group run up Provo canyon. Leaving from the store at 6am, out and back route so you can get as much mileage as you need or want. The RunYourRace pacers will be joining us, ALL paces are welcome to come so bring a friend too!

Hey club!! We have a special LTR class happening tomorrow, taught by Altra Running founder Golden Harper. There are a few spots left, call the store (801-223-7010) to reserve a spot if you're interested:)

Some awesome racing from team members at Saturdays Hobble Creek 1/2!! 4 of the top 5 finishers, we missed 3rd place Matt Poulsen:)

Lots of action from our RC team runner's this last weekend. Most got together and ran the Springville Art city days 5k, the women took the top 2nd, 3rd and 4th places while the men took 3rd overall and even 1st in the stroller division:) LOTS of 1st place age wins also! Nice job guys and gals!

Lots of racing happened over the weekend:) We had a few elite team members race the Ogden marathon, and did very well.
Emily Barrett WON the women's race in a time of 2:55:41!!!!
Kyle Peterson took 6th overall with a time of 2:50:26!!!
Nice job team!

Hey everyone!! If you're interested the Hoka rep will be at the store TOMORROW from 2-5 pm and will have shoes to demo:) He is bringing the Clifton and the new Infinite, come grab a pair during that time and go for a light afternoon run.

Don't forget about our group run tomorrow with Salomon!! Come demo new shoes and run Squaw with us. Details in the post below, it should be a little wet/snowy so dress appropriately:)
