Monday No-gi Jiu-jitsu 6:00-7:30pm

Wednesday kids no-gi/wrestling 4:30pm Adult No-gi/wrestling 6:00-7:30pm

Saturday No-gi/open mat 9:30-11:00am

Griffin
Tuesday kids gi 4:30-5:15pm (age 4-9) 5:15-6:00pm (age 10-14)

Adult gi 6:30am, beginner gi 6:00pm, advance gi 7pm

Thursday kids gi 4:30-5:15 (age 4-9) 5:15-6:00 (age 10-14)

Adult gi 6am, beginner gi 6:00pm
advance gi 7pm
