Lifting Hands is partnering with a small group of NGOs in Moldova who are on the front lines helping Ukrainians as they cross the border to safety. Together with our partners, we are working to provide these refugees with urgent aid in the form of food, hygiene supplies, and transportation support.

Frequently, these families—mostly women and children—have walked longed distances, waited in lines stretching for miles, and have little with them other than the clothes on their back and whatever they can carry.

Our hearts are broken and words fail us as we see nationalism has once again led to war in Europe. Per the UN High Commissioner on Refugees: "More than 50,000 Ukrainians have fled their country in less than 48 hours—a majority to Poland and Moldova." Millions more are likely to follow.

As the Ukrainian people have stood firm in the face of aggression, we at Lifting Hands stand committed to help those who are forced from their homes by this senseless violence.

Master Lindsay will be in Glendale Arizona AZ. on February 13, 2016. There will be a Region 2 TAC clinic put on by Arrowhead TSD. All 3rd Dans that want to continue there training to the Master level must be there.

Master Lindsay will be in Gilbert AZ at Lifetime Fitness for an advanced belt training Saturday June 1st from 6:00 PM till late. It will be great to train with the Cho Dan Bo and up belts from the area.

Lindsay Martial Arts is having our annual Camp out at Joes Valley Reservoir. August 23-24, 2013. clear your schedule for this years camp. Masters Carla and John Bennett will be there with Master Lindsay. It is always a great time.

I will be teaching an advanced basics Black Belt class in Phoenix AZ area Friday December 21, 2012 from 5-10 PM.
As head of the TAC in Region 2 it will be a great time to work with the Black Belts in that area. Can not wait to see everyone. Tang Sooo!!!
