I took this picture today to show that eating good AND healthy food is possible. The biggest piece of propaganda that is fed around fed is the fact that healthy living means missing out on your favorite foods. Tonight I made this Salmon and Mango curry the Living Lean way. This curry was inexpensive, delicious, and healthy.
