Demo Ball Rotational Throws
How We Teach It at SKT:
1. Start in an athletic stance with the ball at chest level.
2. Rotate your shoulders and hips away from the target to create tension.
3. Drive off the back foot and rotate aggressively through the hips.
4. Fire the ball into the wall using your hips, core, and upper body together.
5. Finish facing the target with your chest and hips square.
6. Reset and repeat with maximum intent.
SKT Coaching Cues:
* Load the back hip.
* Rotate hard, don’t just use your arms.
* Drive with the back foot.
* Finish tall and balanced.
* Every rep should be explosive.
Goal: Build rotational power, core strength, and athleticism while teaching the body to generate force from the ground up.
