Thank you SO much for your patience - we honestly had no idea how many incredibly talented, creative people would be interested in our show, and we are completely blown away!

We are diligently working through all the submissions. We truly appreciate your grace as we transition into our new role as coordinators.

At this time, we are no longer accepting new vendor submissions for this year's show. If you have already submitted - thank you and stay tuned! 💛💙

After accommodating our wonderful returning vendors from last year, we're now selecting the final vendors to fill the show with the best blend of local talent. We'll be reviewing:

• Submissions from our waitlist
• All incoming emailed inquiries

Applications for the 2026 Craft Fair have been sent out to all returning vendors! Please let us know if you will not be returning so we will be able to open those booths up for new vendors waiting to join! Please check your spam email for the application link if you don’t see it in your inbox.
Applications for new vendors will go out after April 1st!

Hello everyone! Happy New Year! We are getting a lot of inquiries about applications for our 2026 Craft Fair. Returning vendors will receive the application by January 31st. New Vendors please continue to follow our page for updates about the New Vendor application which should come out later in Spring. Thank you!

As we wrap up our final Sandburg Craft Show as coordinators, our hearts are full.

To our incredible vendors, thank you for your creativity, your passion, and your dedication year after year. You are the reason this show has grown into such a beloved community tradition.

We are deeply grateful for the friendships we've made, the laughs shared, the early mornings, the long days, and the unforgettable memories. Watching this event flourish has been an honor.

Thank you for trusting us, supporting us, and helping make this show truly amazing.

We will miss you all, but we leave knowing the spirit of this event will continue to shine through you.

💡 Tip #1: Plan Your Parking
🚗 Easy Parking & Shuttle Service:
Skip the traffic near the school and park at one of our satellite lots:
* UChicago Medicine Garage (LaGrange Rd & 143rd St)
* Palos South Middle School (13100 S 82nd Ave)

From there, enjoy a FREE shuttle service to the event! 🚐
Shuttles will only run to these two locations during the show.
