Pure Barre is a collection of 45-50 minute total body workouts. At the core of our technique we use a Looking for a great workout in Orland Park, IL?

Inspired by yoga, Pilates, and ballet, Pure Barre is an empowering full-body workout that transforms you physically and mentally. Our classes have been carefully designed to feature low-impact, high-intensity movements for any fitness level. Celebrating 25 years of Pure Barre strong hits different in this 90-minute, all-format fusion class designed to leave you sweaty (and smiling). Featuring ALL of the Pure Barre essentialsโ€“dynamic choreography, power-driven weight training, luxurious stretches, and plenty of form-focused isometricsโ€“this Focus class delivers a muscular endurance and strength-heavy workout only the way that Pure Barre can.

We are 25 years strong, and in this class, you are 90-minutes stronger.

: From walking into the studio as a client in 2012, to managing, teaching, and now owning, Pure Barre has been with me through every season. Throughout those years, Pure Barre has been my constant through many life stages: a newly engaged young professional, a cross-country move where it became my community, three pregnancies, and โ€œme timeโ€ as a working mom of three young girls.

It has given me a profound respect for the longevity of this workout and its ability to support a womanโ€™s body through every stage of life, meeting her where she is while continuing to challenge her to grow.
