: From walking into the studio as a client in 2012, to managing, teaching, and now owning, Pure Barre has been with me through every season. Throughout those years, Pure Barre has been my constant through many life stages: a newly engaged young professional, a cross-country move where it became my community, three pregnancies, and โme timeโ as a working mom of three young girls.
It has given me a profound respect for the longevity of this workout and its ability to support a womanโs body through every stage of life, meeting her where she is while continuing to challenge her to grow.
