My husband squatted yesterday, so naturally I had to squat today. 😂💪🏼

Maybe he inspired me… or maybe I’m just a little competitive. 🤷🏼‍♀️🍑 Matty-O

Stuck to the compound movements today, and now I probably won’t be able to walk for a few days. 🥵

Travel, enjoy life, and then get back to doing what makes you feel good. 💗
