Yesterday I completed a hat-trick of Bootcamps

Daytona- Monday
Titusville- Tuesday
Viera- Wednesday

What I am staggered about is that people still showed up in the Florida cold.

One guy- Joseph- we have helped enormously- from our Viera Bootcamp- coached by Ashley

He said to me

“Andreas- It’s 50lbs now.”

I knew he had lost a lot- but this much was insane. This is all since April.

He’s been showing up in the heat, the cold, the rain and changed his life.

He’s also been showing up with his wife, what a team.

It doesn’t matter how he feels that day- he just shows up.

We could all learn a lot from Joe.
