“Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a desire fulfilled is a tree of life.” — Proverbs 13:12

HELD is officially SOLD OUT!

This vision has lived in my heart for five years. To see it come to life with women who said YES to a seat at the table means more than I can put into words.

I believe I am simply the vessel God is using to bring this vision to life, and there is a purpose in each of us saying yes to this table.

Thank you for saying yes to meaningful connection, honest conversations, and a space where you can be seen, supported, and HELD.

Ladies, look out for the invite to our HELD Cohort 1 page, where we’ll gather before and in between each dinner.

Five years of dreaming. A table of 18. And this is only the beginning.

Okay… WHO is taking this last seat?

HELD has ONE ticket left, and then we are officially SOLD OUT!

I’m so excited for the women gathering around this table. Good food, meaningful connections, honest conversations, and room to show up with whatever life looks like right now.

Come with wisdom, questions, a little mess… there’s space for all of it.

If you're a purpose-driven woman ready to share, listen and go a little deeper, I'd love to have you at the table.

We begin November 4 at Tibby’s in Altamonte. One seat. Is it yours?

Celebrating my birthday this weekend had me thinking about the woman I’m becoming and everything it’s taken to get here.

Outgrowing things I once wanted. Starting over when I thought I’d be settled. Feeling grateful for my life and still wanting more. I know I’m not the only woman who’s been there.

That’s why I created HELD.

A place to gather over dinner and have honest conversations about what we’re carrying, what we’re ready to release, and who we’re becoming.

To learn from each other’s experiences and feel seen in the parts of our lives we don’t always know how to put into words.

Our first dinner is two weeks away, and 2 seats remain for the 2026–2027 series.

After those fill, seats will only open if someone can’t attend a future dinner.

The next full series opens in 2027–2028.

If you can relate, I'd love for you to join us at the table.

Holding space doesn't always happen in rooms like this.

Sometimes it's in the everyday moments when someone makes you feel seen, heard, and valued.

And I think we underestimate just how much we need that.

Having people in our lives who can hold space for us isn't just a nice-to-have.

It's part of what makes this human experience a little sweeter and easier to navigate.

So here's a question worth asking:

Who's holding space for you? And whose space are you holding?

I can be fancy with Cendie. And I can be a complete mess with Cendie.

These two pictures tell that story perfectly.

One is us all dressed up, looking polished and put together. The other is us deep in conversation, probably talking about something that has absolutely nothing to do with the weather.

And here's what I love about our friendship. **I feel just as seen in both moments.**

Cendie, founder of ACEs Matters, is one of those friends I can have the uncomfortable, vulnerable, sometimes messy conversations with. Through those conversations, I've gained language to better understand parts of my past, discovered new perspectives, and learned more about myself.

We've built a friendship rooted in mutual respect, shared experiences, and a willingness to be honest with each other.

And none of that happened through small talk. It happened through conversations where we both felt safe enough to show up as we are.

**That's the heart behind HELD.**

Creating space for women to have conversations that matter. The kind that challenge us, connect us, and sometimes help us make sense of things we've been carrying for years.

I'm so excited that Cendie will be joining us on November 4th as one of our table facilitators, bringing the same wisdom, warmth, and depth I've experienced in our friendship.

**Just 3 seats left for HELD!**

❤️ If you've been craving deeper conversations and genuine connections with other women, there's still room for you at the table.

I've never been a surface girlie.

There's something about depth that has always been incredibly attractive to me.

I'm not really interested in what you did over the weekend.

I'm more curious about how you healed from that broken heart. What keeps you up at night? What's that big, hairy, audacious goal that sets your soul on fire? What have you had to unlearn to become the woman you are today?

I want to hear about the things that changed you, the dreams you're almost afraid to say out loud, and the parts of your story that don't make it to social media.

My dear friend and mentor Deloria once reminded me that not everyone wants to go deep. Some people genuinely prefer to keep things light, enjoy life, and leave the heavier conversations alone. And that's okay too. No judgment. We all want different things from our relationships and conversations.

But in this season of my life, I'm intentionally seeking out women who aren't afraid to go beneath the surface.

Women who have lived, loved, lost, learned, and still have a fire in their belly. Women who can laugh until their stomachs hurt and, in the next breath, talk about something that moves them to tears.

And speaking of Deloria, she'll be joining us on November 4th as one of our HELD table facilitators, guiding conversations just as she's guided me through so many over the years.

If you're reading this thinking, "These are my kind of women," then I need you at the table on 11/4.

Bring your stories, your questions, your wisdom, and your whole self.

We deserve to be deep together.

Years ago, when I lived in New York, I remember taking the subway to work one morning.

In the middle of all the usual NYC chaos, I noticed a mother with her two sons. She was being really rough with the older one while pulling the younger one along behind her.

And almost immediately, I started to judge her.

Then I heard something so clearly in my spirit:

Don’t you judge her. You don’t know what she’s carrying.

That moment has stayed with me.

Because the truth is, I was carrying a lot too.

And I had to remember that there were seasons when I didn’t lay down what I was carrying, and I showed up in ways I wasn’t proud of either.

Impatient.
Short tempered.
Overwhelmed.
Trying to keep moving when life felt heavier than anyone around me knew.

Maybe you can relate.

Sometimes people only see how we’re showing up. They don’t see what we’re carrying underneath it.

That’s part of what I want HELD to be.

A table where we slow down long enough to see the woman, not just the version of her that showed up that day.

A space to talk about what we’re carrying.
What we’re releasing.
What we’re becoming.

And to sit with women who understand that sometimes we don’t need judgment, advice, or another thing to do.

Sometimes we just need a place to lay some of it down.

Sometimes we just need to be HELD.

There are 3 seats left at our first table on November 4.

Maybe one of them is yours?

Lately, in conversations with friends and in the stories women are sharing, I keep hearing the same theme: so many of us are letting go of one version of life and stepping into another.

Some are getting ready.
Some are in the messy middle.
And some are reporting from the other side.

But even the other side isn’t the end. Every season asks us to evolve into a version of ourselves that can meet the purpose of where we are now.

Sometimes what once fit us simply can’t come with us anymore.

That’s what we’ll be talking about at our first **HELD** dinner on **November 4th**: what we’re releasing, what we’re stepping into, and who we’re becoming along the way.

HELD is a curated, facilitated dinner experience for women to have honest conversations, reflect, connect, and make space for what life is asking of us now

**4 seats left. Will you join us at the table?**
