This is Rose 🌹 She started my program a little over 2 months ago and she’s already down 20 pounds!
At 65 years young and prediabetic, she was struggling with her weight and health… and now her blood sugar is back to normal (which still amazes her 🙌).
She didn’t starve herself.
She didn’t spend hours in the gym.

Most moms don’t need to lose weight faster… they need to lose it smarter. 👏
Trying to drop weight as fast as possible usually leads to burnout, binge eating, low energy, and starting over every Monday.
A better goal? Consistent fat loss you can actually maintain.
For many moms, losing around 0.5% to 1% of body weight per week can be a solid target when paired with:
✔️ Strength training
✔️ Higher protein meals
✔️ Daily movement
✔️ Better habits
✔️ Accountability
No starving.
No living in the gym.
No “all or nothing” nonsense.
Slow progress that lasts will always beat fast progress that rebounds.
