But here’s the deal, training for health and longevity isn’t only for old people. It’s not for the frail, weak and sick. It’s for everyone, and for every stage of life.

Training for health and longevity also doesn’t mean making concessions on achieving your goals to gain muscle, get lean or be extraordinary fit. It’s never one OR the other.

Being healthier and training more mindfully actually helps achieve AND sustain those goals better than anything else. Because when the goal is to thrive for a lifetime?

The plan needs to include ALL aspects of human health and performance to get you to your final destination. To become a physical outlier, NOT to become just another poorly aging statistic due to misuse, neglect or unfocused treatment of one’s own body.
