No open fencing today, in observence of Memorial Day. Enjoy your holiday!

Orlando Fencing Sports Center will have a two week spring break from classes. No classes or private lessons will be offered from April 13, through April 24, 2026. Open fencing will be available on Monday and Wednesday evenings, during those weeks. Fencers are encouraged to stay active during the break and practice footwork, participate in any local tournaments, and keep their skills sharp. Classes and private lessons will resume as usual, beginning April 27th. Monthly dues for regular memberships have been reduced for April, pro-rated for the days we are closed.

OFSC will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday, December 25th and 26th to celebrate the Christmas holiday. We will also be closed on Thursday, January 1, 2026, in observance of New Years Day.

Orlando Fencing Sports Center will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, September 29 & 30, 2025, due to a death in the family. We will reopen for business as usual, on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. We will reach out individually to reschedule private lessons and Intro sessions cancelled. Make-up times for group classes will be announced, as soon as they are established. We regret and apologize for any inconvenience.

A local tourney for young Orlando area fencers, featuring mixed Y10 and Y12 events is coming up next month. It can serve as great practice for those planning to fence the The Orange Blossom Classic SYC/RJCC/Y8 in November.

We are very proud of all our fencers who qualified for and participated in the 2025 Summer Nationals in Milwaukee, but we are particularly proud of Caterina Rovati, who took silver in the Women's Vet 40 Epee, and earned a place on Team USA for the 2025 Veteran World Games. Congratulations Caterina on a job well done!
