We’re asking our Revive family to wear pink to your workouts to help us show our support for those who are fighting, honor the survivors, and remember those we’ve lost. 💕

🏆💪 FARMERS WALK CHALLENGE WINNERS! 💪🏆

The results are in, and Bethany and Carl absolutely crushed our Farmers Walk Challenge at Revive Health & Fitness!

🔥 Bethany carried 35 lbs in EACH hand and walked an incredible 1,000 FEET! Yes… 1,000 feet! 👏

🔥 Carl carried 70 lbs in EACH hand and powered his way through an impressive 500 FEET! 💪

That’s some serious grip strength, determination, and a whole lot of “I’m not putting these down yet!” 😂

Congratulations to Bethany and Carl on taking the win! And a huge shoutout to everyone who participated, challenged themselves, and made it fun.

Now the question is… who’s coming for their titles in the next challenge? 👀💪

🇺🇸 Never Forget. 9/11 🇺🇸

Today, we take a moment to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the brave first responders, service members, and everyday heroes who showed incredible courage in the face of tragedy.

We remember the families whose lives were forever changed and the strength of a nation that came together during one of its darkest moments.

May we never forget the lives lost, the sacrifices made, and the unity we shared.

THE THREE AMIGOS ARE BACK IN THE STRONGMAN GRIND!

Sonny, Carl, and Derek are back at it! After some time away from Strongman workouts, the Three Amigos decided it was time to start lifting heavy things again… because apparently normal hobbies just aren’t for them. 😂

First workout back included:

💀 Deadlifts — because walking normally the next day is overrated
💪 Dumbbell Bench Press — gotta keep the chest looking strong
🔥 T-Bar Rows — because backs need love too
😬 Face Pulls — trying to keep those shoulders working
😈 Sandbags — because picking up an awkward bag of dead weight is somehow considered “fun”

There may have been some heavy breathing, questionable noises, and a few moments of wondering why they enjoy doing this to themselves… but the Three Amigos survived! 😂

Now it’s time to shake off the rust, get those Strongman muscles working again, and see what these three can accomplish.

The boys are back. The weights are heavy. And tomorrow… everything is probably going to hurt. 😂💪
