Looking for a midweek way to relax, stretch, and connect with others? Adult Yoga “Ignite your Flow” is held every Wednesday at Oak Street Park Community Center. Bring your own yoga mat and any items that help make your practice comfortable, and join us!

YOGA + SOCA FOR THE SOUL is back just in time for some post Orlando Carnival Recovery! 💃🏾

Join me Friday, May 29th 7-9pm as we take over the outdoor courtyard with one of my favorite yoga sessions!

It's been some time since our last pop-up so you know I had to pull up for Orlando Carnival 🥰

Yoga & Soca are my two lifelines and it is an honor to share this fusion with you all! This event is deeply personal, heart-centered, and created with so much love and intention - for the culture, for the commUNITY.

Let's Ignite Unity during this empowering flow set to the instrumental rhythms of Soca, Calypso, Reggae, Dancehall, & Afrobeats. Get ready to open your hearts + hips as we ground and release through intuitive movement, breath, & dance (dancing is not required...but trust me, you'll want to ). Before class, get glammed up with jewels and glitter and after class, enjoy mocktails, dance, and community building!

Similar to the 8 limb path of Yoga, Soca & Carnival represent paths to liberation - an intentional celebration of divine connection, life, culture, music, and movement that brings people together to empower the community to come into the present moment as one people... choosing love & life over suffering. It is a time of triumph through release, movement, and UNITY.

Soca is more than just a genre of music - it is a celebration of diversity, community, & resilience. It is a testament to the rich cultural heritage of the Caribbean & its influence on the world.

A mother’s love has no end and no beginning ♾️

So grateful for the amazing mamas and their littles who showed up for our special Mommy + Me yoga session in Kissimmee!

It is always an honor to hold space, especially for women who are constantly pouring into everyone else while learning how to pour back into themselves too 💚

This session wasn’t just about building connection with their children, it was about slowing down long enough to notice what’s often missed in the day-to-day.

The laughter, the chaos, the stillness in between… and the reminder that joy can exist right inside it all.

I received such beautiful feedback after this session, and it truly affirmed how powerful it is when moms are given permission to simply be present with their little ones in a supported space!
