To everyone who came through these doors, as a member, just to try us out or join a friend, and even those who never made it in but supported us here, we sincerely thank you for allowing us to inspire you in some way. We set out with the goal to help people, EVERYONE, from those who have never stepped foot into a gym, to advanced athletes who were looking to up their game. Although we are so sad to have to say goodbye and we wish we could have done this forever, we are confident that we accomplished our goal of making the world a healthier place. You have all played such an important part of what made us special, what set us apart, and we know the connections we have made with all who were part of it are unparalleled. We know you will all continue to do great things and stay in touch with the friends you’ve made along the way. Take care of yourselves, keep celebrating your successes and overcoming your challenges, and keep eating your frog. 🫶

Everyday is a new opportunity to become the most excellent version of ourselves. As we near the end of our story, carry your drive and dedication into the next part of your journey. Even though we won’t be all together under this same roof, you can still live the motto we’ve instilled in each other by “Eating Your Frog.” Could be a Monday morning workout, hitting the gym after work before settling in for the evening, or starting your weekend off with a walk, we keep working hard, we never give up, we eat the frog. 🫶💚🐸

Today we had our final session with Coach Lisa. She was here when our doors first opened and since then has taught us so much in the 415 sessions she has coached. Lisa you were a gift to all of us and we’re so lucky to have spent these two years with you 🫶

It’s time to spice things up with our FrogQuad Challenge. 🌶️ Meet us during one of the challenge times to push yourself through the four phases and compete against the clock ⏰ While the challenge may take less than 57 minutes, we have some fun stuff planned for once you’re done.
Winner gets bragging rights as our Final Challenge Champion! 🏆 Book in the app and we’ll see you in the studio. ✅

🚨ANNOUNCEMENT🚨 Please join us in welcoming Coach Sydney to the Downtown Orlando team. Sydney relocated down from our friends up at Eat the Frog in Indianapolis and will be sharing her knowledge and love for the Frog by helping you reach your goals every session. You’ll find her on the schedule weekday mornings regularly and guest starring some other time slots as well. Make sure you book a session with Syd asap so you can come in and introduce yourself!
