The Tricep pushdown is one of those exercises that I truly believe that the lighter the weight, the more effective it is

I see a lot of people putting tons of weight for their push downs, but then end up using their entire body to move the weight ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚๏ธ

How to perform the Tricep Pushdown THE RIGHT WAY ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿพ

โœ…Use a weight that you can control and feel on the triceps
โœ…Slightly lean forward & poke your chest out
โœ…Keep your elbows still and push all the way down

โœ…Squeeze at the bottom for a second or two

Remember, when the weights too heavy it will make you use other muscles which puts less focus on the triceps
