The Tricep pushdown is one of those exercises that I truly believe that the lighter the weight, the more effective it is

I see a lot of people putting tons of weight for their push downs, but then end up using their entire body to move the weight ๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธ๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธ

This wonโt grow your triceps!! Lighten up the weight and feel the burn in your triceps ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ

How to perform the Tricep Pushdown THE RIGHT WAY ๐๐พ

Use a weight that you can control and feel on the triceps

Slightly lean forward & poke your chest out
โ
Keep your elbows still and push all the way down

Squeeze at the bottom for a second or two

Remember, when the weights too heavy it will make you use other muscles which puts less focus on the triceps
