What started as a weight loss goal turned into her stepping on stage for the very first time. ✨
When she started this journey, the goal was simple: feel better, get stronger, lose the weight, and build confidence again.
What unfolded was so much bigger than that. 🥹
40 pounds down, a completely transformed mindset, and this mama of 3 stepped onto the NPC Midwest stage for her very first competition- bringing home 3 well earned medals. 🏆😭👏
But my favorite part? This isn’t the finish line.
She caught the bug 😌 and is already back to work, dialing things in and getting ready to take the stage again this June. 🔥
This is what happens when you commit to the process, even when it’s hard. When you choose consistency over perfection. When you stop putting yourself last. ❤️
