Superset
1A. Barbell Bench Press 4 x 6-8
1B. Pull Ups 5 x 8-12
DB Bench Press 3 x 8-10
BB Row: 4 x 6-10
Lat Pulldown: 4 x 8-12
(Not Pictured)
Dropset of Cable Bicep Curls
10, 12, 15 reps. Decreasing weight as you add reps.

Sorry I’ve been MIA. Myself and 59 other people took the whole “Disappear for 6 months” meaning to another level.

I can wholeheartedly say that this was the most challenging, yet rewarding 7 months of my life.

It’s a blessing to be in this position and I’m excited for the future. I hope it’s a testament to all of you to pursue whatever dreams and goals you may have.

An ode to 2024

The year of the weddings (so it seemed)

I’ve been in the gym of course, but this year taught me about enjoying things aside from “the grind”. Experiencing life and impactful moments & memories with others.
-
Soak it all in, take a break if you need to, but be sure that you’re appreciating every person, experience, and moment you can. Like my cousin always told me, “life is fleeting” so stop and enjoy the sunset every once in a while.
-
As for 2025, you’re about to be a b**** and I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you all.

I’m back ya filthy animals 🤝.

Growing up watching Batman and Tom cruise from Top Gun all I wanted was abs. I got them and now I’m losing them. The bulk is taking a toll on me, however it’s making me appreciate “fluffy Max” or “fluffy fleet”

Summer bodies are built in the winter.

Talk about body dysmorphia. Achieving this state of being lean to then adding on weight takes a toll on you.

Important to remember that It’s a part of the process and that you should appreciate the journey not just getting to the end goal.

Several more weeks of bulking then it’s time to beat this physique.

Losing definition isn’t fun, but it’s worth it to put on size.

Here are some tips that have helped me for bulking and adding muscle mass:
- Eat protein at each meal
- Increase your portions
- Eat more frequently
- Eat something before the gym
- Prioritize sleep & hydration

I’ve hit 180 pounds and this is the most confident I’ve felt doing a “bulk”. My strength is also increasin which is another indicator that I’m headed in the right direction.
