Carilyn Egleé Announces Departure from OIFW (Orlando International Fashion Week)

Carilyn Egleé, runway stylist, image consultant, and fashion show producer, announces her departure from Orlando International Fashion Week (OIFW) following the organization’s decision to remove her from its advisory board. After this decision, Carilyn has chosen to conclude all remaining involvement with OIFW.

This separation follows differing perspectives and creative approaches on new projects that ultimately let to this decision. Carilyn is also stepping into a personal era that reflects a growing commitment to align her work with her personal mission, values, and long-term goals, including the development of upcoming initiatives such as The Fashion Hub.

“I am grateful for the opportunities we shared,” says Carilyn. “As I enter a season of focused, purpose-driven work, I respect the decision and see it as an opportunity to dedicate myself fully to projects that reflect the direction I’m embracing.”

Carilyn will continue to support the community through personal brand development, high-end styling, and curated fashion experiences designed to empower individuals to lead with authenticity and visual impact. Her forthcoming ventures will place a stronger emphasis on national-level fashion projects and collaborations aligned with meaningful causes and communities.

Yes, all these looks I was involved in. Working with her can sometimes be challenging, but I'm here to adapt and assist. She is a busy woman with a deep closet, so she often takes me on videocall walks through the closet, jewelry boxes, and handbags so I can choose for her last minute and tell her how to do her hair or makeup if she even has the time.
