So grateful for everyone who turned out and braved the nippy air last night! 😁🙏🏽 ❄️
The group requested for more yin (soft and easy) vibes and I loved the opportunity to create a bespoke class for them. We practiced building fire with our breath and embracing the present movement 👌🏽😤🔥

Tips for exercising in chillier times:
1️⃣ Cover your entire abdomen. If you’re dying to wear that cropped sweater, then make sure you’re at least in high-waisted leggings to keep your core temp nice and cozy.
2️⃣ Socks! I’m always cold when I’m inside, so I have grippy socks for these moments. Quick dry is always a good call; sweaty feets = cold feets.
3️⃣ Bring pillows and blankets. Don’t be shy and make yourself at home! In yoga we’re always asking “how can I make this easier on myself?” So if props answers that question, bring em all!
4️⃣ Bring room temp or warm water. Maybe even tea! Nothing chilled or iced.
5️⃣ Wear a beanie! You know yourself best- if you know you’re sensitive, then pack that cozy beanie to protect your noggin.
