Gran Fondo National Series - It's the Official National Amateur Road Cycling Series. It's the most relevant event for amateur athletes in the U.S.A. . Dedicated amateurs who often have a similar routine and dedication of Elite Professionals. It's important to highlight that many of these amateur athletes balance their lives with work and family!

Sr. Master Nery participated in the Gran Fondo Florida in the 100 miles race and won the following awards: 2nd Place Team, 6th Place in my category, and 17th Place overall (around 300 competitors) not a bad result for being my second race.

With these results, I qualified for the USA CYCLING GRAN FONDO NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP,
to be held on July 18th, 2021, in Asheville, North Carolina, for the 100 miles event!

I train often; I believe in system and consistency. The hard work is under the hood; nobody sees it; it's slow. It takes commitment and s strong mindset never to give up! There is NO BAD TRAINING OR GOOD TRAINING... There is ONLY TRAINING! I am not alone; I have my family, my coaches Kameel with MOTIONFIT and Zero Gravity Fit, doctors, and a team called Soul Race. Above I use every lesson and life Skills from Victory Martial Arts, which I take it with me everywhere. Be humble or a white belt at something so you can use your own lessons! Victory is the Structure of it all because of the foundation it gives me, the extra edge, the fire to make that finish line without letting any part of my body quit!

Train, train, train, seek the best, be the best of yourself... and more important, "ALONE YOU WILL FASTER, BUT TOGETHER YOU WILL GO FURTHER"... who is your team?
