Get On-Guard Women's Self-Defense We also offer dynamic 90-minute workshops over an 8-week program.

We host public and private seminars ranging from small groups of 12 to large groups of 100+ participants, teaching practical safety awareness and real-world self-defense. GET ON-GUARD Women’s Self-Defense is an amazing training program which hosts both public and private seminars ranging from small groups of 24 to large groups of 300 plus participants in learning safety awareness and self-defense techniques.
