We brought two warriors to compete in Port St. Lucie and came home with two silver medals. 🥈🥈

We’re super proud of Atticus and Phoenix for going out there, showing courage, and giving their best performances in judo. Competing takes heart, discipline, and confidence, and they represented the team with pride.

Win or lose, what matters most is stepping onto the mat, learning, growing, and supporting one another through the journey. We’re incredibly happy with their effort and grateful for all the love and support from our team and families.

We’re excited to invite ALL women—beginners, white belts, and experienced athletes—to a Women’s Only training session on Saturday, May 23rd, from 1:00–2:00 PM.

This is a safe, welcoming space focused on learning, growth, and empowerment on the mats. Whether it’s your first class or you’ve been training for years, you’re welcome here.

We will provide a gi jacket for you to wear, so just show up ready to train and bring good energy. No pressure, no ego—just chill vibes and quality training with other women who want to get better together.

Come build confidence, learn new skills, and be part of a supportive community on the mats.

Congratulations to Logan on earning his brown belt in Judo!

This weekend, Logan also brought home a gold medal and a silver medal, showing the hard work and dedication he has put into his training over the years.

But Judo is not only about winning medals or becoming a tougher competitor. It is also about your character, the way you carry yourself on and off the mats, and how you treat the people around you. Logan continues to represent those values through his discipline, respect, and consistency.

One of the best parts about this journey is doing it together. From teammates cheering each other on, to families supporting from the sidelines, this team continues to grow stronger both on and off the mats.
