September September what a month! It was a GOOD one 🫶🏼🔥

A lot of our members and coaches stepped out of their comfort zones and competed in multiple events this month, and we loved getting to see everyone push themselves!

Our favorite had to be HYROX 👀🏃‍♀️💪🏼 A 3/4 run + 4 HYROX stations had so many of our members putting in the work, having fun, and showing what they’re capable of. We had a blast and definitely want to do it again!

Thank you to everyone who showed up, competed, cheered each other on, and made September so much fun. We can’t wait to see what October brings! 🎃

And don’t forget… HALLOWEEN PARTY — October 16th! 👻🎃 Come hang out, have some fun, and celebrate with the UFCF crew!

This Friday, September 18th, we’re turning up the music, lights, and intensity at United Front Community Fitness! 🌈💪

🌟 Check-in starts at 5:00 PM
🎧 7 heats First heat: 6:00 PM | Last heat: 8:00 PM
⏱️ Heats run every 20 minutes
🏃‍♀️ 3/4 HYROX run distances + full stations
🔥 Open & Pro divisions
👥 Individual + Doubles divisions: MM, FF & Mixed
💰 FREE for members | $20 for non-members (per individual)
