I love this pedal exerciser.. I wanted something that I could do while I was sitting that was compact and store easily. The set up didn't take long at all, has 12 speeds and multiple resistance modes and all digital to easily keep track of my workouts. The pedaling itself is very smooth I can even peddle forward or reverse to add different movements and since there is rubber on the bottom, it is less susceptible to sliding on the floor and I have used it on carpet and wood floors so moving it place to place hasn't been an issue. This stuff is awesome I was use to doing the warm up oil with garlic but this saves so much time and has all the things in the bottle needed to help. . It’s good to have tissues with you when you use this as it will come out easily and has helped my ear infection so much. My sister and I each did our noses - hurts a bit initially and I can tell the aftercare will be extremely important with this kind of piercing. But the piercer itself is very easy to use, and I like how the earring doesn't attach too tightly. There are never enough ports when it comes to multimedia centers with an increasing number of gadgets. Nice stretch cozy pants for lounging around or for doing exercises. I ordered the size I normally wear and they fit me perfect and the length wasn't to short or long as well.
