Reminder from someone who coaches perimenopause for a living: the “shred for summer” plans flooding your feed right now will probably leave you worse off than when you started.

The women I watch get real results don’t panic-diet before a trip.

They do the opposite.

They support their hormones, they build muscle, they eat enough to keep their metabolism running, and they let a gentle, sustainable approach do the work.

It’s calmer, it’s slower, and it actually lasts.

So this summer, please don’t shrink yourself to feel worthy of the beach.

Comment READY and I’ll send you something to help you start the right way.

When I realized walking was better than HIIT for my hormones.…

I used to think more intensity = more results.

So I pushed harder.

HIIT. Bootcamps. Fasted cardio.

And my body?

Resisted everything.

Until I learned the real truth:

In perimenopause, chronically high cortisol keeps your body in fat-storing mode.

The more I tried to “burn it off,” the more bloated, exhausted, and stuck I felt.

Then I made the switch to daily walks, smarter strength training, and supporting my hormones.

💥 The fat started coming off.
💥 My energy returned.
💥 I finally felt like me again.

Are you stuck in this cycle too?

💬 DM me CORTISOL and I’ll send you my list of fun ways to lower your cortisol and naturally balance your hormones for easier weight loss!

The people quickest to spend $200 on a magic supplement are usually the same ones “too busy” to sleep, eat, and walk.

The boring stuff isn’t in the way of the results, it is the results.

The shortcut you’re looking for is the work you’re avoiding.

Perimenopause is not the season for punishing yourself into results. It’s the season for consistency and consistency only works when it’s simple enough to actually stick to.

Two things that make the biggest difference for the women we work with:

First, stop treating healthy habits like a debt you owe and start treating them like something that pays you back. Good sleep, real food, movement, strength, none of it hits all at once. It builds. You feel it three weeks in, not three hours in. That long game is exactly what a perimenopausal body responds to.

Second, take the pressure off your food. You don’t need a rigid, complicated plan. Lock in your protein and fiber earlier in the day, and your evening meal stops being something you have to overthink. The structure lives in the first half of your day so the rest of it can breathe.

And no, you don’t need to be cooking separate meals for yourself and everyone else.

That’s a fast track to burnout.

When the foundation is handled, you can sit down to the same family dinner as everyone else and it doesn’t set you back at all.

Simple, repeatable, sustainable.

That’s what actually moves the needle after 40 not another all-or-nothing overhaul you’ll abandon by next week.

Comment EXACT PLAN and let’s talk about what that could look like for you.

There’s always a difference between the women who lose the same 10 pounds on repeat and the ones who lose it once and never look back.

If you’re ready to be that woman, the one who does it once and keeps it, comment INTERESTED and I’ll show you what it looks like.
