I was a fitness professional who gained 50 Ibs in 52 weeks.

I grew up competing as a swimmer, built my entire career around fitness, competed in bodybuilding for years and still, my body completely fell apart on me.

After my last competition in 2018 I started gaining weight FAST. No matter what I did, the scale went up about a pound a week for an entire year.

I had sky-high cortisol, low thyroid function, was estrogen dominant and insulin resistant.

My face was puffy. My joints hurt. I had zero energy. I felt like an imposter in my own body.

The embarrassment and discouragement was real.

But here’s what that experience gave me: I became obsessed with understanding what actually happened - hormones, gut health, stress, metabolism, perimenopause. All of it.

And once I understood the root cause?

Everything changed.

Now I’ve helped over 3,000 women do the same thing.
If your body stopped responding the way it used to it’s not a willpower problem. It’s a hormone problem. And it’s fixable.

Just the unsexy, unglamorous habits that actually work.
