At MACH, students of all experience levels train together while working on the skills that match their individual goals. Whether it’s Tai Chi, martial arts, or fitness training, everyone is challenged at their own level while benefiting from the energy and support of the entire class.

After 8 wonderful years at MACH, we gathered last Saturday to celebrate and send off Smruti and Arjun as they begin a new chapter out of state. 💙

Surrounded by friends, refreshments, and plenty of memories, our community came together for a special farewell picnic. While we’ll miss seeing their familiar faces in class, we’re grateful for the years we’ve shared and the impact they’ve had on our MACH family.

Wishing you both happiness, success, and new adventures ahead. Once part of the MACH family, always part of the MACH family. 🥰🧺

Different levels, one shared journey.

In class, everyone moves at their own pace, learning, refining, and growing through the Tai Chi long sequence. Some are taking their first steps, while others are polishing techniques they’ve practiced for years.

And sometimes, the best moments are the unexpected ones… like a big smile and a funny face that remind us how much fun the journey can be. 😄

Progress, laughter, and community, just another great day at MACH.
