One of my pillars in my life is not to accept negativity. ❌

I will recognize it but I will move forward because it makes no sense to sit there and reminisce on it.

If I was capable of doing the matrix moves with dodging- trust me I would 😂

I enjoy the simple things in life.

⚜️This is not a bodybuilding transformation post. I made this post because it is a lifestyle post.
I set out my intentions to change my body at the beginning of the year.

⚜️I want to put on as much muscle as I can. Then I said to myself I've never been fat before. So then I decide to go that route and make my stomach as big as I can while I also focus on gaining strength.🏋🏾

⚜️It was definitely a new learning experience. I definitely don’t recommend this for anyone. At that time I felt super strong but also uncomfortable in the mid section. Especially when I look down and couldn’t see my toes or if I run how the mid section jiggle.

⚜️But I did this so I can feel it from their perspective. Not only that but now they can see and trust the process of weight management.

⚜️Most people might only see a 5 week transformation but it was actually 5-6 months of consistent work that led to the quick change.

⚜️Most people have no idea on how to eat because it is not taught in school. Which is why you keep running into the same problems again. 🍲

⚜️And no, I didn't do a tremendous amount of cardio. Light cardio didn’t enter the program until the end of week 3. As an entrepreneur I also don’t have time to spend many hours in the gym. Working 16 hours a day consistently, you have to learn to be efficient with time. 🕰️

⚜️You don’t have to be stuck where you are. You just need a plan that fits your lifestyle. That you can maintain without major stress.

Why did I become a Fitness Trainer?

Back in 2015, I had a gnarly motorcycle crash at high speeds. Who knew that moment would have changed my life.

I remember being in the hospital when the left hand decided to swell up like the Hamburger helper hand on the box.

It was insane to look at but somewhat interesting to see what the body can do.

But the next few months were really tough on me mentally and physically.

Just a simple walk from the bedroom to the bathroom used to take 10 seconds but now it's 10-15 minutes.

This was coming from always being in shape from the military to where now I couldn’t even open up a blue Gatorade bottle by myself.

I got really pi** off when the doctor told me to do the Itsy Bitsy Spider up the wall and I may never use my left hand again or lift over 50lbs with again.

The Devil Dog inside of me could not accept that answer.

So, I found a way to educate myself about the human body and end falling in love with how special our bodies are, especially the mind.

I went to school for myself but then realized how many other people out there might be in the same shoes.

There were definitely a lot of dark times and mental battles to rebuild a new version of myself. Especially going from 165 lbs of muscle to 125 lbs in weight.

But I stayed focused for about a year learning to move the hand again and still finishing motorcycle school.

It took some time but I was able to transform my body in that time and not taking no for an answer!

This is why I became a Fitness Trainer 9 years ago.
