Work With Coach Phil Basketball Training. A hooper’s community. A laugh here & there. We also offer perspective, which dictates our approach to development. We cover it all!

We offer basketball development training that is easy to understand, simple to develop and USEFUL in real games. Whether it be the basics all the way to the advanced concepts you see the pros use, we break it down so that everyone can increase their skill set and as a result, increase their value as a player. No two players are the same and neither should their individual training be. Our group sessions offer our players the chance to use what they’ve been working on individually in a real game setting and how to read all game situations to be most effective as teammates. As much as we love our 1-on-1 training sessions, we know that basketball is a team sport; and being a useful, beneficial and productive teammate is just as important as being a good player. It’s takes constant practice to understand spacing, ball movement, patterns and situations, which all boil down to AWARENESS.
