Friday is a big day of education at this year's RSPA Florida Conference!

Kick off the morning networking and discussing topics affecting racquet sports professionals today. Then head over to the courts to learn from pro pickleball player, Pabloe Tellez. After that we have the pleasure of hearing from the legendary Jack Groppel! Finish out the afternoon with a panel of general managers on what they are looking for and seeing at their level and then close the day with RSPA Board Members and get updated on what is happening with the RSPA.

It's time to highlight our educational series! Starting off on Friday, we will hear from Executive Director, Laura Bowen on empowering women in the tennis industry. And then RSPA Master Professional will talk about what it takes to run your business. Rounding out the day in a carry over from WRC25, our own CEO will walk members through rebranding themselves to fit today's industry needs.

From Munich, Germany to leading a premier racquet sports program in Florida, Isabella “Bella” Graf’s journey is a testament to passion, resilience, and leadership.

A former collegiate athlete at Methodist University and a three-time USA South Conference Champion, Bella has built her career through experiences at top clubs across the country and international coaching with Tennis. Since joining The Landings in 2018, she has risen from Assistant Professional to Director of Racquet Sports (2024), continuing to grow the game and those around her.

An Racquet Sports Professionals Association Elite Professional and industry leader, Bella serves on the RSPA Florida Division Board and Methodist University PTM Alumni Board—giving back while leading forward.

Her mission is simple and powerful: help others reach their highest potential, on and off the court.
