From empty walls to a dream coming to life… ✨

This gym is more than just a space—it’s a vision, a calling, and a promise being built step by step. There were moments of doubt, delays, and obstacles that felt bigger than us… but we kept going.

Because without God, none of this would be possible. 🙏

Every wall built, every detail placed, every piece coming together—it’s all a testament to His faithfulness. What once was just an idea is now becoming a place where children will grow, gain confidence, and chase their dreams.

This is only the beginning… 💫

3. Core Stability: Maintaining a chin hold engages the child’s core muscles, helping to improve stability, balance, and coordination.

This drill, when combined with the tuck up, enhances coordination by requiring participants to move the ball between cones solely with their feet while maintaining the tuck up position. Tuck ups are one of the most advanced anterior core variations, especially when they are performed with excellent form. The main benefit of the tuck up is building strength in the anterior core, however it also works the core, glutes and hip flexors. - - -
